Three day cycling charity fundraiser set to hit streets of Ibiza

Cycle Ibiza Challenge takes place 19 to 21 May in association with Last Night A DJ Saved My Life.

Returning for its fifth year, Cycle Ibiza Challenge is back in 2022. The cycling charity fundraiser takes place on 19, 20 and 21 May.

Devised by Last Night A DJ Saved My Life (LNADJ) for its Back On Track programme, £30,000 over the years. This money has been invested in infrastructure, accommodation and education at Tanzanian projects Angels Gate and Feather Tales Children's Village.

This year's proceeds will help to continue to support the children and young people there. In particular, vocational training and the gift of bikes, both of which are life changing for these disadvantaged youngsters.

Entrants can either compete for the duration or for individual days, with entry prices ranging from £100 up to £1,000 to enter a team of 6. A mixture of distances and terrains lend themselves suitable for both intermediate and more advanced riders.

The planned routes give participants the chance to see the beauty of Ibiza from a different perspective.

The incredible scenery of the salt lakes of Las Salinas, the picturesque village of San Juan and whistle stop passings of famous landmarks like Café Mambo and Dalt Vila are all on the route.

Founder Jonny Lee said, "Cycle Ibiza always gives a great opportunity to share a fantastic few days riding around the Ibiza hills, whilst fundraising to change the lives of young people. Team spirit is high and I get to share insights to inspire continued support."
