Ibiza clubbing this week

A look ahead at some clubbing options this week.

This week we have a nice mixture of recommended parties, starting off with the next instalment of the Ibiza Rocks gigs.

Ibiza Rocks

In recent weeks, Ibiza Rocks – now based at the super-cool Ibiza Rocks Hotel – has really come into its own, with some excellent performances from artists like Dizzie Rascal, Sam Sparro and The Courteeners.

Next up, on Tuesday 12 August, it´s time for Reverend and the Makers to take centre stage and deliver what should be an electric live concert.

For a techno treat, make your way to Meganite at Privilege on Wednesday 13 August, which has steadily been growing over the summer weeks to become a top night of quality underground electronica.

Meganite at Privilege

This is Mauro Picotto´s party but each week you can see a more than decent line-up of guest dj´s – this week sees Marco Carola in the house, plus Secret Cinema (live).

Wonderland just goes from strength to strength this year and in it´s debut season it is already one of the top nights in Ibiza.

Forget what you hear about Eden not being a ´proper club´ ... with Pete Tong and Groove Armada as weekly residents, plus a superb rota of special guests, this party has really put Eden on the clubbing map.

On Friday 15 August, Tong and Groove Armada are joined by Timo Maas (below), so the tunes should be as underground as you like !

But Wonderland isn´t the only massive party in San Antonio you know – the super-charged hard dance / trance juggernaut that is Judgement Sunday is still one of the biggest parties in Ibiza, with no sign of relenting.

Lisa Lashes and Richard Durand join Judge Jules this Sunday 17 August, while Krafty Kuts once again returns to blow the roof off the Funky Room.

Of course, there is no party bigger than We Love Space, and this Sunday looks very tempting indeed for the clubber in all of us.

2 Many DJ´s, Steve Lawler, Danny Howells, Carl Craig and Slam are just a few highlights from what is a super line-up, and after an awesome 19th Birthday party last Sunday, the party will surely go on for We Love Space.
