San Antonio Bay

Two steys of elegance in the Modern Villa San Agustin

Usually referred to as “The Bay”, this area is across from San Antonio and includes Cala de Bou and Port des Torrent. Home to many two- and three-star star hotels, this area is often overlooked for villas. It shouldn't be though. It is centrally located and has stunning sea views.

You could try the Sea view villa San Agustín that's spacious and gorgeous with great vistas of the sunset too - yes please. It sleeps up to eight adults and two children, is within easy walking distance of Port des Torrent beach and a short ten-minute drive into San Antonio itself. Super for kids, there are water parks and bars for both parents and kids in Cala de Bou. Add an infinity pool and outdoor barbecue at the villa and you have your ideal spot for a western getaway.

Looking to get away from it all but still have doorstep conveniences? The Modern Villa San Agustín offers it all. A two-storey, modern and elegant villa, it's great for groups of up to nine adults and has a private al fresco dining area with pool. With only a short drive to Cala de Bou or San Antonio, you are spoiled for choice with restaurants like Can Pujol or sunset bar and restaurant Kumharas just minutes away. It's family-friendly accommodation with a touch of luxury.

Outside San Antonio

Opulence at Sea view finca Cala Salada

Just north of San Antonio and in the hills towards San Rafael, this part of the island is well known to locals but off the typical tourist trail. It has easy access to the stunning beaches of Cala Gracio and Cala Salada. It's also close enough to San Antonio for all the terrific water sports, boat trips and beach ferries it offers as well as its vibrant nightlife.

Delicious restaurants, bars and clubs are on your doorstep too. You will be moments away from Hostal la Torre where you get food, DJs plus amazing hilltop sea and sunset views; the wonderful Sa Capella restaurant, set in an old stone chapel and in gorgeous gardens and the famous Pikes Ibiza. You are also a short drive into San Antonio where you can stroll along the Sunset Strip or go for pre-club drinks at Cafe Mambo or sit harbourside at the restaurant Rio Ibiza.

The beautiful and comfortable Country villa Can Tomás is positioned perfectly for lazy days by the huge pool. If you fancy a beach day, you will be spoiled for choice. Cala Gracio and Cala Salada are only ten-minutes away in the car and the villa is ideal for a couple of families, sleeping up to ten adults and two children.

A fantastic finca could be just what you want for rural charm and that's what you get at Sea view finca Cala Salada, beautifully decorated and situated five-minutes from the beach Cala Salada. Expansive and well-manicured gardens surround this traditional country finca. Located a bit further up the west coast, it sits atop a hillside with amazing 360 degree views over the cliffs to the sea.

The south-west

Dreamy vistas at Sea view Villa Cala Conta

With one foot in both the south and west of the island, this part of Ibiza is best known for views of Es Vedrà and the laid-back Cala Conta beach. Getting a room with a view can come at bit more of a cost, though it really is worth it.

With easy access to both the nightlife of either San Antonio or Ibiza Town, this area is a great base from which to explore the island. You can chill out by the pool at your villa or take a trip to enjoy a delicious paella at one of the two famous Cala d'Hort beach restaurants.

You could also head to Ibiza Town for a spot of shopping or charter a boat for the day. Pick a villa here and you won't be disappointed.

A smaller property with enormous views, the three-bedroom Sea view Villa Cala Conta has phenomenal views of Es Vedrà and the sea. It sleeps up to six people and sits on the hillside with a gorgeous infinity pool. There is even a private tennis court too, so you can work off last night's bottle (or bottles) of cava.

Enjoy al fresco dining on the large terrace while you watch the sunset and get ready for a night out. You are a short drive away from the famous Sunset Ashram with fresh seafood, beach yoga and lovely hikes into the hills overlooking the aquamarine seas.
