This winter, Sir Joan invited one of the local chefs to take over their kitchen. Boris Buono of Ibiza Food Studio has crafted a delicious, locally-inspired menu with his signature rustic style. Having worked in several Michelin-starred restaurants, including Noma, he came to the white island over four years ago to combine his disciplined culinary skills with a more soulful approach to dining.
