Sankeys, what a fighter that club is, with a difficult start to life on the island, perseverance and passion prevailed and the club has seen a fantastic few seasons of growth and development to get to the stage it is now. With a host of success stories of parties including Diynamic, VIVa and Fuse, and many more widely respected parties with potential for an even better 2014 should they return, Sankeys has been the champion of the little guy.
Whilst many of the artists playing to this smaller capacity crowd are used to the much grander stages of bigger clubs, Sankeys offers them the opportunity to ply their trade in a considerably more music focused and intimate environment. We're talking low ceilings, minimal lighting and a solid soundsystem. Throw in a club full of DJs at the top of their game and you're looking at a very strong programme of parties for the coming season.
The lineup has yet to be announced for the opening party, along with any details in fact other than the date - Wednesday 21st May.
Tickets are on sale now at the Early-bird price of 30€. The price of the tickets will go up across all outlets once the lineup is announced on Tuesday 11th February.
