All over the rural parts of the island, each summer, dances are held around wells and springs to celebrate the end of harvest. Thanks are also given for the water itself.
Everyone is welcome to partcipate. Local wine and typical local sweet pasties ( buñuelos or orelletes) will be offered to all those taking part.
