Islander pop-up chef José Miguel Bonet, owner of the famous Es Ventall restaurant lands in Radio Me, the amazing rooftop of the luxury venue of ME Ibiza Hotel located in S'Argamassa, nearby Santa Eulalia.
This renowned chef has reinvented the specialties of the traditional cuisine from the island, respecting the origins but giving them a more modern and contemporary touch, in what they call "21st Century traditional cuisine".
Only reserved for a limited number of diners who will be able to be delighted by a tasting menu created specially for this occasion.
The event will be held only for two special dates: 10 july and 7 August 2019.
