As the final full moon of the summer arrives in the early hours of 28th September, there's a whole host of celebratory events happening across the island. Here are our top picks you need to know about…


KM5 full moon party

What better way to celebrate the final full moon of the summer than with an epic party. Head to KM5 on Sunday 27th September for a celebration which will feature live music from saxophonist, Deva and resident DJ Jean Cendric. Dress to impress in white, sip on free cava Codorniu and indulge in a free Japanese food tasting. Now this sounds like our kind of party!

Es Vedra

Looking for a peaceful place to experience the full Moon? Es Vedra is the one. Standing at almost 400m tall and considered to have positive healing and inspiring energy, the magical island which is located just off Cala d'Hort beach, is the go-to spot for in-the-know resident's full moon watching. A truly beautiful setting, it offers spiritual surroundings to catch a glimpse. Experience the energy of the full moon with Asaya Sounds full moon gong bath at Galleria Elefante studio in Santa Gertrudis. The sound therapy can be used to help bring balance, harmony and rhythm to the mind, body and soul. Great for those who find meditation difficult, the sounds used in these sessions give the mind something to focus on. If you can't make the next full moon session on Mon 28th September, the gong bath will be taking place every full moon until December. Spaces are limited so booking early is advisable.

Luna Llena de arte

The Art Club's open air art exhibition in the beautiful Santa Gertrudis is the perfect spot to celebrate September's full moon. The collective brings together some of the islands best painters, sculptors and photographers for a magical evening on Sunday 27th September. Expect live music from DJane Tsunami and painting live graffiti, there will also be a performance by Marta Chandra and Jonatan Gonzalez at 10pm. The fun kicks off at 7pm - midnight.
